A Finance Capacity Form (FCF) is a tool that is by Club Loans to assist you in determining how much your borrowing capacity is. This tool may be used to not only assess financial borrowings for house purchases but also for personal purchases such as a new car, to pay down a credit card or to furnish your home, for example.
Completing a FCF provides you with the freedom of knowing how much you may be able to borrow without the obligation to enter into any contracts, and it is provided free of charge for The Investors Club members. It is an easy form to complete, and you can expect a reply from Club Loans quickly. Some members bring a completed FCF along to workshops and seminars, to allow a Club Loans representative to be able to provide some immediate feedback.
All entities associated with The Investors Club are bound by privacy legislation and/or confidentiality clauses. Your personal financial details will remain confidential and within the confines of The Investors Club and/or affiliated Club Loans Mortgage Professionals.
The details you provide on the Finance Capacity Form will be forwarded onto a Club Loans Mortgage Professional for them to assess your borrowing capacity. This is a free service and does not obligate you to anything. While it is not necessary to have exact income figures or asset values, it is important that figures provided are close approximations. This will ensure the result you are provided with is more realistic and achievable.
The Finance Capacity Form has a form fill facility. Once you have entered all of the details, print the sheet off, sign the bottom of page 2 (all parties to sign), and fax the form off to your Support Member. If you are not currently a member, you can fax the form off to Club Loans at 1300 554 559.

Within a matter of days you will receive the results of your borrowing capacity, or a request for additional information to assist with the assessment.
Subsequently you will also be issued with an individual login for access to a range of investment properties, should you have sufficient borrowing capacity and wish to access this information.
